Just got my picture set up. This was the pic taken for the trader when it was advertised. The previous owner sent it on to me. I have never seen another S this colour. Does any have one this colour, what colour is it?

That works now .
Tahiti blue maybe, a friend used to have an S2 in that colour, I'm pretty certain that was the name of it.
Very nice either way and unusual

Great colour, looks the same as my S2. I even had the formula paint mix given to me from the colour code but Halfords couldn't do a colour match.(P422-1782B) In the end the closest I could get was Ford Miami Blue - it has a metalic fleck through it - Mist Blue TVR 193 was given as the "correct" colour but it looks nothing like it.
What was your colour code? (on plate under bonnet)
Cheers

lovely motor that one if its Alan's old car. Beautiful condition and a unique colour. After spending all that money on it I am surprised Al sold it?

His reason was he was going to be away for some months and he felt it wouldn't do the car any good just standing around unused.

couldn't agree more. Mine is laid up at the moment with a few niggles and i want to get her back on teh road asap so no problems develop. I really get the impression from my own car and other people's experience that the S does not like lying static for a long period and reliability is directly related to continious use (albeit some only at weekends etc)

great car that one John - and yours Brioss - lovely looking motor and condition looks up there with John's car.

Yep, Al put a hell of a lot of work into that motor as the previous owner had laid it up, albeit in good condition.
Probably one of the better S2's around now with a lot of niggles ironed out, I take it he gave you a list of the things he'd done to it?
I suppose the problem now is when do you get the roof off, what with you being down the west country with all that liquid sunshine

It looks like Paris Blue to me. Check on the David Gerald TVR website as they have just sold one of that colour and the picture is still on there.

Beautiful car by the way!
