I think you can get them from the TVRCC (should be in the shopping area under books I think), or failing that you could try giving David Gerald's a call.

Drawn a blank on this I'm afraid.

Looks like either calling up a number of old dealers to see if they have any old new stock or watching e-bay for what ever may appear.
