Hiya Mike, sorted my clutch, slave cylinder replacement. A pig of a job because the pipe and the connections are made of copper, now they are slightly rounded off. Anyway I now have a nice clutch and the gear changing is so much easier and smoother :yes:. Saturday 29th my bruv in law Clivef is coming to stay with us for the weekend for a TUNNEL run :yikes: when we go out for a hoon you are welcome to come down and join in the fun, if you are interested I can call you later for times etc.

Same again Steve, sorry. Keep me in mind though, as I sometimes get days off!!!

Did you manage the removal of slave without too much pain? I found my fingers were killing me for days reaching right up by the chassis and exhaust. Trouble with mine is that the exhaust is a one piece jobby, so couldn't drop it. I think mine still needs a small tweak as sometimes reverse is a bit notchy. Still, it's much better than before.

Sorry to hear you are working, not to much of a problem with the clutch cylinder, except the pipe, its copper and as soon as the spanner even sees the union it rounds off. I managed to kill it though and did the job in a little over an hour, do you have any tunnels in Bristol, good for a hoon. My exhaust note is now awesome, thanks to my kind bruv in law. I will keep you in mind and we will have to do a run some other time.
