Tick over help
Discussion
I have a 2011 Tvr S3 with a 2.9 Ford 2.9 with a eec1. Starts instantly tick over approx 950 rpm . But as soon as I touch the throttle it revs perfectly but returns to 2000 rpm. If i do the following
1. disconnect the idle speed valve tick over drops back to about 500 rpm
2. If i push one of the vanes in the air fow meters it drops back to the 950 only to jump up perfectly but on slowing stops at 2000.
Tried
1. Disconnecting throttle cable .
2/. Checking butterflies are shut.
3. adjustervstop right back.
4. Checked all over numerous times for air leaks.
5. 4 news tps fitted, new temp sensor, new idle speed valve , tried 2 other mass air meters.
I am really at the far end its next service may wdll be a cremation. Any help would be great or a efi expert in Lancashire Thank you Simon

Hope you've had some progress, I've been having some problems myself with poor running when hot, so looking back through some base line checks I was reminded of a article which points to issues with rpm lifting to 1500rpm as probably being air leaks but suggests checking for clean ISCV and the correct voltage output from the TPS and then checking the timing is correct in service mode.
the article also reminded me the airflow meters are treated as front and back which basically means the ecu is looking to match the airflow meter with the air temperature sensor ducted to the left hand side of the inlet plenum.
