That's a good offer, but fwiw in a car I prefer AFFF.

Powder/CO2 are necessary when you have high voltages, but in a car you don't.

Philpot suggest one of these type. Look good but pricey. I just needed something as tried to start the car today and didn’t want to see all my hard work go up in smoke

Powder types are awfully messy, and water types also leave you with a lot of clearing-up to do, both preferable to sweeping up a pile of ash though. I always have a CO² one closest to hand wherever I'm working as a first go-to, a puff of the gas without even discharging the whole extinguisher can often be sufficient and is mess free. I do have ABC and AFFF in the workshop too though, 'horses-for-courses'; we should all educate ourselves about what to use for different fire types.
The 'Firestick' is a completely different concept, of which I have no experience.
