Hi folks, :scratchchin: where do I find the paint code on the car itself.
I think it's vw storm grey, or sturmgrau but need the ici code.

I shall try to get the paint tomorrow. :bounce:

Paint code is on the VIN plate, which can be found on either left or right hand side of the main tub below the windscreen with the bonnet up (hope that makes sense ).

There should also be a prefix like P420 / P421. Sounds like you have the right number....

I think you will find the prefix number is the ICI reference, a good paint suppliers should sort it out.

Hi, the 2nd part of the body code number is the ICI paint code, I have just sorted mine. Got an aerosol, a touch up pot and a lacquer for 19 quid, my paint, Mist Blue was only issued to tvr, so phone the factory direct if you have a problem and they will help you out.

PS Got my paint code wrong I think My porker was the one I quoted, the TVR is LA7Y, Zingrau not storm grey.....bugger bugger bugger..
