Dash switches, original or replace with modern? V8S

I’m on a long journey to refurbish the dash (v8/s3) i Have sourced some walnut vaneer so going big. I’ve cleaned up the original switches but the fibre optic unit is trashed. I’ve got some green leds but the idea does not seem like a good one. Maybe i just move on a go new and source some modern ones of the same dimensions. Anyone found ones like these?

If you are re-veneering the panel why not make a new panel with apertures to fit some alternative (nicer) switches than those old BL things?

I got rid of the fibre optic and fitted 1mm LEDS in the plastic shrouds of the switches - not perfect but at least there is some illumination.
