I've had a few of these made, please message me if interested smile

Bolt holes are threaded for easier assembly rather than the through holes in the original plastic housing

That was a very good price Mike.
Having made one myself on a lathe, I can only assume they must have been doing it on a CNC machine, the labour involved plus parts and materials would not make it feasible to do this manually.
Nice one!

All my prices are good wink

Yes, CNC and a minimum quantity to cover set up costs. One offs are not cost effective.
