Page 9 says that it is from a Ford Escort. Unfortunately it does not say which Escort, but I am sure that with some help from the classic Ford community, it won't be difficult to work it out.
Page 10 says that the hazard switch is from an 82-86 Sierra.
There are a selection of Escort indicator switches on ebay.

The NEW Alternative Parts List For the TVR S Series - find it here on PistonHeads at the top of the S Series threads, in 'Useful links' - says:
"Switches All Indicator / hazard warning switch. Ford Sierra 1982-86 Info from S2 - 1990"
You only have to look; you won't find this kind of info on Facebook!
Here's a New Old Stock one on eBay for £40: looks like a bargain to me. But check the connecting pins on the photo against yours, just in case!

Stick with Sierra, I believe the Escort one needs a little bending, sits too close or could be far away from steering wheel?Page 9 says that it is from a Ford Escort.

some Sierra's had horn push in the centre of the steering wheel and I think it may be later ones had a round hazard light/switch.
