Couple of questions.
Firstly, I'm looking to run flexi straight from the back of the calliper, through the bracket hole in the knuckle adapter to the chassis.
Is this a good idea ?
If so, I've heard Chim front flexis are a straight fit ?
Secondly, given the brake master cylinder has 10mm unions, should I convert the 3/8 to 10mm as soon as possible or run what I think is 3/8 unions right up to the master cylinder before using a 10mm union to go into the MC ?
Hope that makes sense, I'd be interested to hear how anyone else has run their own and TIA for help

On the back? Like this?

Worked for me.

Don't know. I made mine from parts available off eBay. Easy peasey.

That's entirely up to you. It realy depends what fittings you can get hold of, what access you can get and how much time/money you want to spend.

If you are fitting new brake lines then I would change all of the fittings / Tee pieces etc. to metric.
There would be no issues with running all lines in st st braided hose.

Thanks both, Joe, I'm in an S2 V6 so no disc issues at the back.
I've managed to identify the thread in the front calliper (10mm, same as the bleed nipple) so have pulled the pin on flexi from front to back.
It's a minefield but I've gone 45 degree banjos out of the MC to 90 degree swivel fittings straight into the front callipers.
At the back I've gone for a 45 degree banjo out of the MC to a straight banjo at the back of the bias valve, then coming out of the front in a 45 degree Banjo and going to the splitter above the diff cradle.
From there I've gone into the slave cylinders with a straight swivel, all 10mm.
Hope that makes sense, do say if you think I've made a colossal bks of the job but it seems feasible.
Cheers, Mick

sounds good and should last the lifetime of the car.

Ensure the front hoses are nowhere near the wheels at any time - full lock / full compression / full droop
