I contacted the Frenchies via their chat service just now. They're getting one of their agents to contact me via e-mail. It looks as if the website is an admin waypoint covering numerous dealers, because they kept asking me who my preferred concessionaire or dealer was. That may be why you didn't get a reply - there's a layer of admin between the enquirer and the sellers.
I've asked them to let me know the all-in price for one Rover knob including sales tax and postage to England. If that price is acceptable to you, you should just be able to place an order by putting one in the website "basket". Or I could order one on your behalf, subject to your paying my onward postage costs.

I've tried reminding the Frenchies twice now - once in reply to the e-mail they sent after I enquired via the chat service ; and again a couple of weeks ago via their webform. But the buqqers haven't had the courtesy to reply.
The website still shows the item in stock today. Given that there's only 15 euros at stake, maybe the best approach would just be to sign up with an account on their website, and then push the button to order and pay for one, and see what they do ... If they need extra for VAT and postage, presumably they will tell you.
