Any of them documented? I have seen some pictures somewhere, it probably leads to an old post where I was lambasted for thinking about an automatic conversion and how probably impossible or silly it would be, I seem to remember looking and finding auto jags a lot more common than manual

Hi
at least three are documented on here.
DamianS3 - The cat is outa the bag
Blue30 - Terry's Tale.....
Magpies - Cossy sold......

Most of us would not have a problem with someone converting to automatic if that keeps another on the road. TVR did sell wedges with auto boxes.

Auto Jags are very common.
And cheap

Dave BlueS3 gave me his Ford 2.9 V6 (how great is that?) after he took it out of his 'S' to replace with a Jag engine: I saw it installed.

The Ford is now happily running in my S3 (or would be if it was MoT'd).

Dave had a website but it's not accessible now.

So that must be another Jag 'S' on the road.

Is this a good place to discuss conversion details? I have a question about the concentric style clutch slave cylinder. Is the standard (0.7"?) master cyl well suited to the slave? I think it's slightly smaller than the Jag bore.

I've kept the TVR master and connected to the Jag concentric and it does give a heavy pedal rolleyes

at some point in the future I may change the master cylinder to a larger bore.

When did you do yours?
Did you do a build post?
Mine has come out at 950kg but does have roll cage and stainless steel fuel tank

You mean a smaller bore? scratchchin Is there enough reserve travel for a smaller bore master cyl?

My main concern was with damaging the slave by over-extending it as I'm not clued up on how they work internally.
I'll stay with the standard setup for now.
