Hi folks,
A few pointers would be appreciated.

The bonnet is catered for but I need
1. Offside wing mirror
2. Windscreen

Being new to TVR's but most happy to hunt to the n'th degree I would appreciate a few hints as to where go find good 2nd hand bits.

I haven't picked the car up yet and I am off on a trail. :banghead:

TIA,
Mike.

PS. For an S3C. :D

Wing mirror...... complete assembly or pick and choose what bit you need from here:-

www.computermarket.com/mall/3933C3F3/OZ_Computers_Online_Mirrors_70.html

Windscreen you can get fixed through your insurance by paying the excess or this chap can get you one..... about £160 delivered supply only.

www.heatedwindscreen.com/acatalog/_Products_TVR_47.html

Fixing you can arrange with local windscreen fitter ( I did mine with the RAC for about £55..... needs to be fitted in workshop as its an all day task, make sure they know what they are doing.... take a few pics of body work and interior incase damage is caused)

Well hope this helps...... ps it wont fit an Porker LOL..... new pic required

I've saved a few bookmarks on the PC at home, should be ok to source most of the parts that are needed..

You might want to update your profile from fantasy to current now mate

Absolutely.

in plenty coming your way sir.

Incidentally, have spoken to john at ewelme a minute ago, he will do the storage for £150 cash which you cant argue with, and am hoping to get dave up there with a trailer monday.

It's a top day today.

Wasn't yesterday, had to be taken to hospital with ?broken cervical vertebrae C2 and C3 (May mean something to medical types), broken neck to me.
Good news is that it isn't broken, but took a major hammering. Walking a bit like lurch for the next week. So, it was just the news I needed.

Cheers mate, look forward to our beer session.

If you are still struggling on the windscreen Autoglass have a few knocking about...

Might also be worth picking up the phone to www.tvrcarparts.com

Cheers Simon,
If you are Bristol home rather than Sheffield, a few of us are around the baileys court for a few beers, it would be nice to see you.
