Has anybody found a source of the Pressac modular fuse/relay holders that are used on our cars? The ones that dovetail together to make up a unit.
I have found a supply of good-quality crimp terminals, but can't find any fuse or relay holder mouldings.

I know some people have had trouble with them overheating; I am quite happy that, correctly rated and assembled on the right size wires they are perfectly reliable. I am assured of this since, in the early 1980's, I was a development engineer at Littelfuse. I was one of the small team that introduced the blade fuse to the European motor industry (winning a Queen's Award to Industry in 1984), and one of my tasks was to assess the prototype Pressac fuse holder in various assemblies. I 'salvaged' some spare parts

I am just completing a secondary relay and immobiliser panel for my S, and have used up most of my stock of prototype parts, remaining stock being: 1no. relay holder moulding, 3no. fuseholder mouldings, 3no. support legs (a part that TVR evidently didn't need, as they found a much simpler way of mounting the assembly in the car).

Or, if anybody is replacing their electrics: when disposing of the fuse block, please think of me!

I junked mine as it melted when at Le Mans, used CBS modular units for a replacement.

I recently posted on my FB page that the Terrlyl 6.5 female connector available at CBS fits into the Pressac unit for people who need them
