Updating owners list

Hi, New owner of an S3C, when amending the owners list I don't see headings, is it month and year of acquisition? Also do you remove old owner? or just append?

best to scroll down to the previous owner and take a note of the line number. So you can see where you need to update.
Scroll back up and click 'update' then scroll down to find the line you need. click next to the vertical line then back space or delete to the next or previous vertical line and then type in what you want.
