Hi all.

I need to make a repair to the bonnet where the plywood wheel arch is bonded to the lower section of the bonnet.

Can anyone recommend a filler/bridging compound?

I seem to remember using something called 'bridge a gap' or similar but can find it anywhere online.

Cheers,

Steve

Isopon P40 is good for filling holes but if you need to bond the wood to the bonnet then glass fibre mat and resin is what you need.

My neighbour works on lorry cabs and camper vans and he uses this for any sort of repair to plastic and fiberglass bodywork.

Easy to use and has done the trick to refix the base of the ply to the underside of the bonnet after it cracked away.
