V8s diff oil and grade?

Hi,
What is the general consensus on which brand and grade of diff best suits the V8s rear diff. Also is the LSD standard on the V8s or optional?

It needs a hypoid SAE 90 (EP90) to GL5 spec.

The LSD is standard on the V8s but it's a sealed viscous unit and does not affect the oil - do NOT use any LSD additives in the diff oil.

Bit old school? Modern replacement would be 75W/90

Is that OK for a hypoid gear? It doesn't say EP, and being recommended for gearbox use suggests it hasn't got a high sulphur content.
