Hi All
Well after 14yrs of storing my S3 at my Mother-in-laws it's finally got into my garage so I am removing the rust from the chassis painting and waxoyl and basically sorting out as much as possible, so when I was tinkering around I noticed that the Servo is not in the best state (rust) down the right side I have been looking online and with the master cylinder being Ford would I be right in saying that the Servo is also Ford, if so I sure that I have read somewhere that a TRW PSA328 servo is the correct one.
Can anyone confirm this
Cheers

Maffe

I second that. I tried to find suitable bits for my S1 and in the end I got the master and servo from TVR Parts. Straight bolt in job and everything worked without hacking things about.

few pictures, first one shows it dummied up on and old pedal box and master cylinder to show mounting studs are in the correct orientation....

It's not new, there is some very very light rust/bubbling of paint......

Couple more general shots, few scratches but it is 100% sound.....

Just some information - tvr-parts.com still have the 'original' servo with remote reservoir on their website. After seeing just how bad mine was, I ordered one only to get a phone call a day later to say they don't have any and that's the end of the line for that part.

Not wanting have the fuss of re-engineering the bulkhead to fit a second-hand Fiesta one I opted for their kit version with the servo and new master cylinder.

All well and good except that when I got to check the reservoir caps the old one has two pins and the new three.

Any ideas on how to determine the wiring setup for the new arrangement?
