Window runners needed

Hi guys trying to get a set of these for my s1.
Tried Tvr parts today but out of stock. Anyone cast any light on what car they originally came off or where I could get a set

Manual windows?

The wind it up bit is Audi, possibly they are also?

Are yours missing or just rotten 'n rusty? Often a manufacturers name can be found on parts, if not hidden by rust!
