Changes to the search function

When did the search function on Pistonheads change to google? Or have I messed up my settings.
I went to consult the invaluable hoard of information on pistonheads (on the pros and cons of copper grease on sparkplug threads), to find myself with a pretty random google search across all the forums with a surprisingly small number of references, some of which were just advertising.
I’ve tried prefixing the search with “TVR s series” but still get references across all forums.
Is there some form of words which enable a full search narrowed down to the S series forum only, which used to be possible with a single click on the old search.
I’m also surprised that there doesn’t seem to have been any discussion about the change, or have I missed this as well?

I discovered that at the beginning of the week. For me it is not an improvement. Is there any solution, link, to find the old search engine ? It was not so bad. At least, it was possible to see results sorted by topics, and filter results in the "S Series" section.
I agree, it wasn't too bad and the filtering was useful. Shame it's gone
