Roll Bar Mounting
Discussion
In New Zealand? You might need to find a local fabricator and get a one off made. Plenty of threads in the TVR forums - Chimp, Grief, Wedges etc... not just the [best] S forum - to get designs and pick up points. Time to use google for non-NSFW searches
For it to be of 'benefit' though, you're best off getting dedicated mounting plates welded on to the chassis. At the same time, I would add some metal mounts for the seats too. All in my onion though.

Make sure you get the rear stays far enough apart so that the harness rear strap eye bolt is close to the seat centerline and close to level with the top of the seat. It's also important to get the top of the loop tight against the roof loop, and far enough back that you can't touch it with your head. You should aim to get the front legs far enough back that they don't limit the rearward movement of the seat.
Since the harness installation is not type approved, in the UK you also need to keep the original lap/diagonal seatbelt in a working state. That's possible, as long as you pay attention when you design the front legs.
