Not going to be a cheap fix but looks like that fitting comes with a new pump...... S Series fuel pump
Cheap fix might be to try and use a Banjo bolt into the pump...... like one of these

That whole thing comes apart. The bit you've snapped off is a threaded tube that screws into the end of the pump and has 2 or 4 holes around it's circumference for the fuel to flow through into the banjo fitting of the fuel pipe. The domed nut clamps the banjo to that threaded fitting and seals it. You should be able to unscrew the nut off the top of the remains of the threaded fitting by holding the thin hexagonal part of it in a vice and undoing - if not, look to sacrifice the remains of the fitting to save the dome nut. Perhaps drill down from the sheared end to free the remaining stub from inside the banjo, whereupon you should be able to get some purchase on it to remove the domed nut.
The sheared end left in the pump should be relatively easy to extract with an Eazy-out or similar as the remaining thread shouldn't be too tight now that the mating flange has been sheared off.
Reinstatement should be as simple as finding another banjo stud of the correct thread and some more copper sealing washers. A good hydraulics supplier should be able to help there or online search once you know the thread and dimensions.
