I’ve used this company for various difficult to source seals, they will also rebuild parts for you should you wish

For the cost of new master cylinder is it worth it?

Ok fair point. I've seen this on racetech, anyone know of any cheaper ones available? Can't determine which Ford it is off as more substantial than the fiesta ones.

Just had quite an adventure with TVR parts over this exact part. They have this advertised on there website but after purchasing on line they called to tell me it’s no longer available. After some debate over a few days they are sending me a replacement master cylinder and servo, but this is a mod which means the resvoir is intragated and not remote. They have assured me it’s a straight forward swap but I remain sceptical. Parts are due tomorrow, so will report back.

I never went down the Racetech route but would be interested if they still have like for like replacements for this as TVR parts believe my particular BMC isn’t produced anymore.

This is the BMC I had issue with, might not be the same as yours?

Update, TVR Parts BMC with integrated resvoir and Servo alternative IS a straight swap, no dramas or re drilling of bulkheads. Brakes are different class now. Clutch slave and master cyclinder next on the list.....smile

My recommendation...Don't.
Buy a new master cylinder. This has to be about the most safety critical part on your car.

Agree with others above, buy new you're talking about probably the most critical part of the car.
