High all, I have a pink wire about 6" long found in passenger footwell. I've got a wiring diagram but I'm struggling. I think it's for the cooling relay but not sure where to find it.
Can someone tell me
1. Where it starts and ends.
2. What are the 2 relays connected to the fuse box, bottom left and right.

Many thanks

The relay block contains relays for main beam/driving/fog lights, engine fan, boot release, dim dip (some cars).

The main beam / driving light relay may not be the same on all cars but on cars with driving lights it is powered from the main beam supply and supplies power to the driving light switch. Which seems crazy, but is the way TVR chose to do it. Some cars with fog lamps instead of driving lamps also have them wired like driving lamps. There are probably some where fog lamps are wired correctly.

Is it live? If it is, what isn't working?

It's not connected to anything. I got a friend to have a look and he probably broke it off and either didn't realise or too embarrassed to admit he's usless. So I just have this 6" wire with a female connector one end and bare wires the other. Please be gentle with me, electrics is not my thing. Thanks for your help guys

It may be left over from an old alarm system. If everything is working roll up the wire and stick it in the glove box and forget about it. Sorted thumbup

It is the wire from fuse O and should go to the engine fan relay then the engine fan. Best check see if your has been rewired
