Fuel pump location

From memory I think it's under the car by the passenger seat. I've damaged my ribs and don't need to be on my back searching the whole car. Many thanks

On my S3,C, the pump is over the rear-passenger-side arm. You just have to remove the rear LHD wheel to work on it. Not sure it's the same on S2 cars.

definately in front of the passenger side rear wheel up against the body, not an easy place to visit unless on a car lift

as said it's behind the passenger seat, LH rear wheel off and all will become clear(ish)

But taking the body off to get at it is a bit extreme!

Anyone know where the earth wire ends up?

I don't think it earths out locally so I'd guess it comes back along the sill with the live and a few other wires, possibly ends up on this earth stud with a dozen or so other earths in the engine bay?
