Following on from your Servo thread.
My s1.5 is currently with Lee and he has found a whole in the Servo. I enquired at Saab to see how much they cost new (£396!!) so then phoned around and got a reasonable quote from a Saab breakers (£25). However they asked if the servo was 2 or 4 branches. Lee can't get back to the car until tonight to see, so I was wondering if you can shed some light or indeed have a part nos handy so I can phone them before I go home tonight.
Cheers
Phil.

Phil,
Sorry for the delay but have been away from the old laptop for a while...
The answer given by Pat is as accurate as always and it is a 4 branch master cylinder. With 2 feeds. The Servo itself also has 4 bolts at the back of it.
Although I would recommend changing the master cylinder with the servo, just make sure they do not just need to replace the servo.
Next thing to do will be to get the engine re-tuned as a hole in the servo will have been effecting mixture and therefor the car will need to be reset.
Hope you get it sorted soon.
Cheers
Mark
