Amazed at how out of date the ownership lists are
Discussion
I think a large part of the problem is owners who sell up and move on without amending the lists.
Plus disenchanted people leaving PH for facebook and other social media after Haymarket altered the forum format.
And others struggling with the rather daunting format of the lists themselves.
It's still a handy archive of who used to own what, way back when.
Same applies to the owners location map.
Shame really.
It would be quite a formidable task to email/ PM everyone on there to find out the latest status.

Nice idea.
I should have also added/asked how this is kept updated, new bushy tailed and excited owners (like myself) should take part in this, but if you get to the stage you move on what happens then? I doubt people take them off.
Could end up with more pins than vehicles left or even made laugh
Still a good idea though.

exactly my thoughts Glen - people think it difficult to update but the worst part is finding 'your' line to update. I am guilty of not updating until this week, well over 3 years, mind you there have been only a few changes, but more to come.Plus disenchanted people leaving PH for facebook and other social media after Haymarket altered the forum format.

I added him to line 147 of the S3 Wiki and after having done so it showed me as the last updater to the Wiki, however it now says you are . Very weird!
Have really gone off PH of late and rarely post on here now. Weird stuff like this only galvanises my feelings of disinterest. It is soooo quiet here now!

Strange indeed, but it's worked out OK & that's what matters.
I am disappointed that people are favouring other media such as Facebook these days, because all the info on it is, as far as I know, "here today & gone tomorrow". Plus I think it is a dangerous place.
I tried it once and it scared the st out of me.
In contrast, PH is an enduring extremely useful archive of blogs, info, tips and helpful advice. It would be a shame to lose all this.
I'm not aware of anything like it on Facebook which allows access to stuff from say 10 or 15 or more years ago?
