If it had indeed had the chassis done, then it's probably worth that to the right person. To buy an S1 for regular money (£5-6k for an average example, say) and then have the chassis sorted - you're spending way, way more than £9500. Even if you did it yourself, it'd still push you over the top.
It's a late S1, so may well have the revised geo on the rear suspension. Not a fan of the lamps or bolt-on bits, but they're easily changed.
The mileage is neither here nor there for me. Only advantage low miles has on an older car is that all the panel gaps and trim are normally undisturbed. On an S1, they were never good to start with, and a high mileage S3 would probably be better
