Door Hinge Bushes

Hi Chaps, I have just purchased new plastic bushes and bolts for my door hinges. I'm hoping this will remove the droop in the doors. Has anybody replaced these before? If so are the old bushes easy to push out of the hinge, and more importantly did the doors close better after they was changed? Cheers Tony...
