Replacement seatbelts for S2

My seatbelts are very stiff to pull out and need a lot of help to recoil so want to replace both the seat belt units and the buckles.
Any suggestions for make/model of direct replacement units ?

Is it ( are they) definitely faulty or is webbing jamming on carpet, there were some handy little adapters available to improve things....... More clicky

It is definitely the belt retractor unit. The belts will not retract willingly even if you feed the belt into it by hand. One has been replaced before, so looking to change both to new units.
The drivers belt also keeps locking up when I pull it out gently. It can take a few minutes to slowly coax enough belt out to be able to buckle up.
