Red bracket fell out of fuse area

When I pulled the carpet down to chage a fuse on my 93 s3c a red bracket with a twist half way along fell out- any ideas what it fixes to or what is does or did tvr just stuff them in to make up the kerb weight?.........Andy

Is it the fuse box - to - body bracket ???

i.e the bracket that the fuse box screws to and then the bracket bolts to the body !!!
