Wing mirrors wanted that 'Work'

My S3 wing mirrors are the worst I have ever known on a car and wondered that without major sugery can the Citroen S4 mirrors fit in place of them.If so who has got them or any other alternatives?.I dont wish to get the nasty bosses on the doors filled and painted,unless absolutely necessary.Cheers all

You need major surgery or at least the doors from a V8s or an S4 or A Leebee adapter thingy megig doodah whatsit.
