I know how you feel vodka - I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel with the V8S now - not sure its going to be sunlight though! The engine's almost ready to go back in.

You may well have seen that my quick fix has turned into a year of slog. I,ve enjoyed it though, and have just got the old gal going. I don't know what you have done but I suppose you should be asking what do I still need to do. At least you have some of the summer left to drive around. I'm about to turn it round and start on the back end!

Then all I have to do is a new hood, a respray, have the wheels polished, renew the clutch master / slave cylinders, new rear disks, etc, etc, etc. I am resigned to the fact now that it will be next spring before it will be ready.

Now the next problem will crop up then! As (like Johno I really want a griff) should I sell it then in tip top nick or loose money on it by running it?
