Driving lights

I'm about to fit new driving lights on my V8S. Has anyone come across any way of protecting them from stone damage? Perspex covers or suchlike?

I've got 4mm thick self-adhesive film on mine. Sold as head lamp protection film, "Lite Skinz" or something like that. Daft name but it works extremely well, avoids the falling off / getting dirty behind them problems of carbo discs. Survived a 100 mph off into the gravel trap at Zolder last year almost intact, one lens got a couple of cracks but because of the cover it is still sealed and waterproof so I'm leaving it. Cost about ten quid if I remember, and got enough to do both headlamps and both spots.
Cheers,
Peter Humphries (and a green V8S)
Thanks for input. I have found out where Motorserv get Lite Skins from - Visscher-Caravelle - but they haven't yet got back to me with details of stockists in the South East. Any sightings?
Armourfend are willing to supply by mail, but I think that the Lite Skinz sound better so will persevere with trying to find them for a while.

most motorcyles have head lamp protectors avalible maybe you could use a pair of them they have velcro pads that stick on and the cover clips over
my cover stays on at 150 mph + so should stay on the front of an s
ps
they even do dodgy coloured versions for the garrys out there.
M&P would be a good place to start
