Replacement electric window switch

Does anyone know where to get a 6pin, 3 way window switch from to replace the ones in my S3 - any idea what they're from?

Seen old threads that mention alpha but not sure of what model.

There's loads of 5 pin ones on ebay but no 6 pin ones.

Saw the ansor switch thread but looked cumbersome to get them and the reheats is 6 or 7 yrs old.

Think I'll go for the one in Paul's link - prewired shouldn't be an issue and I need them fixing by Blenheim at the latest.

Those are the ones in mine - only 5 wires though.

General note - beware cheap replacements - I bought a pair at a couple of quid each, they were 1mm too wide and wouldn't fit in the console. They felt cheap and nasty when you switched them and one of them fell apart before I even had it fitted. I chucked them both away and bought proper ones that fitted straight in.

They can be "opened up" cleaned and repaired, bit of a fiddle

These arrived yesterday - prewired with 6 wires :-)

Attempting to fit tonight so will update later. If they work we should add to the alternative parts list.

Well after dismantling the original switch and checking the connector to the motor (via the speaker hole luckily) it turns out it was the motor connector!!!

Window up and now have 2 spare switches :-/
