Let me know aswell !!

What I will say though is that the problems with them are quite easily solved by taking them apart and cleaning them and readjusting the bent bit of metal inside them. Often just a poor earth.

Leebee has done some work with changing his for Vauxhall ones which look good IMO.

I seem to remember someone saying they were from a TR7.

I replaced mine out of an 80's Alfa, they have the leds inside so they light up with the instruments.

I think it was an Alfa 33 - check the scrap yards, take one of your switches there and if it fits the car your takeing one out of - bingo!

I don't know if the S3 are the same as the S2 switches - I recently spotted these on a Range Rover (F plate).

If the S2 and S3 ones are the same I may go for the 'Alpha 33' conversion, can anyone confirm?

Steve.

A couple of months back I was thumbing through a book on "Dream Cars" and seem to remember seeing the said window switch in the cockpit of a Lambourgini Countach!!! I'm not saying that TVR sourced the switch from Lambo's but thought it quite amussing at the time. No bloody 'S' in any of those so called enthusiasts books though!

No. S2 & S3 electric window switches are not the same.
