V8S Part question

Does anybody know what part the indicator switch for a V8S is please?

It all works except when you signal it usually flashes once or twice and stops unless you hold it down. I assume it is worn out

seem to recall possible "issues" with some needing a little "tweaking" because they sit too close to the steering wheel?

Also some look to have square and others round hazard button?
