Got me stumped...

.. not difficult true but the steel coolant pipe that goes round the sump. Dammed if I can remember where the back end connects to.

Also, it's a bit corroded (quelle surprise!) assume its a standard cologne part available from FMC.

You may be lucky and find stock but that engine has been out of production for a long time!

There are one or two "Old stock" specialists, for example

Or make a nice new one from some 15mm copper pipe

That would be to the lower heater pipe on the bulkhead I guess with the upper one going to the swirlpot

And I thought I'd taken enough pictures....

Good idea about making up a pipe, though it'd require a bit of thought with the brackets.

I've made a right cock of this. So the pipe from the heater regulator goes to the top of the engine and not the bottom connection of the swirl pot as in....


So my next question is ......guess.

From my picture it looks horribly like the overflow pipe from the swirl pot connects to the oil filler!
