Swirl tank to thermostat hose?

Does anyone know what the hose that goes from the swirl tank to the thermostat housing is from? Mine split last night and nearly overheated the car

How weird, I had exactly the same problem, just putting my S3 into the garage after an afternoon trip yesterday evening, when I noticed steam from the bonnet air scoop,eventually found a pin hole spraying coolant from the same hose, It must just have happened because the levels, temp etc were all good.
Any help out there could kill 2 birds with the same stone!

Try TVR...

One of the corrigated bendy things may fit. Alternative is to get soms standard elbows, joiners and make one up.

Peninsula have one, they are posting today so I should get it tomorrow or Wednesday. They are a TVR part apparently.

Do you mean the top hose about 1.5 inch diameter? Mine blew recently and a kind RAC man chopped off some old hosing and replaced it within 5 minutes. I would still like to get a genuine replacement though.
