David Gerald were doing them in 2012, and se were Racing Green / Clever Trevor. I think I got mine from TVR Carparts - now ML as the last poster says.
ETA there was another company called Willow Sports who were making them - their web site says "out of stock" but maybe they can still make them. http://www.willowsportscars.co.uk/cooling_and_fuel...

They are actually very simple in construction. I made my own, in slightly heavier section steel, in a couple of hours. If you do not have the skills/equipment to make your own, and cannot get one readily from a retail supplier, then I suggest you just contact a local fabrication company and ask them to replicate your own.
No, not yet..... but would be glad to "test" the first prototype!
but then I'd need a stainless tank to go with it
When I repaired mine I was told that the size of box section used is not "standard"?
I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem to go up or down a bit on the size.
