I was seeing if a certain travel bag fits in the back
But sort of threw it in and it caught the screen ...

Expensive accident. I had my screen replaced a few years ago due to its opaqueness. I treat with immense care .

So annoying, but so easily done, if only you could turn the clock back 10 minutes.... Mate of mine did similar with the headlining in his 1958 Ford Prefect, tried to put his seats back in after a retrim and it caught the brittle 56 year old material.

It was all slow motion...from then on.
Then that hollow feeling took over .........
Then the cost took over that .....

That place is a really nice set up... When I took mine in about 4 months ago they were working on an E-Type,Merc SL350 and a lotus elan that gave me very good confidence. Perfect job done at a very good price as was the Griff guy who's I saw on Sunday and was well chuffed. Mine was just rear screen but he had full roof done. You might of met the Griff guy at Shelsley as he was speaking of the breakfast meet and S2 mike was mentioned. May go to the next one myself. Save yourself £40-50 in fuel taking it to King heath also

Bad luck Simon. We've all done something similar, mine was tearing my drivers seat. Hope it doesn't set you back too much but DTT is very good. He did my Cerb seats.
