REAR DISC CONVERTION

Has anybody converted there rear drums to disc brakes? I was wondering if the rear disc set up off a XR4i (mounting back plate/caliper/disc)using the original stub axal and a V8S handbrake cable would work? any ideas greatly received.

LeeBee has done this on his, and no doubt he'd be happy to sort something similar out for you now he knows how to do it?

Cost be just under £4k to convert mine

Seriously though, as Pete says LeeBee has done it - I think you need to change the trailing arms, but if I remember correctly LeeBee offers a conversion package.
