Shelsley Walsh turn out
Discussion
Hi all, an excellent turn out of S series at Shelsley today and weather was fantastic. I was a few cars behind in the Wedge when you all arrived. Came for a chat but you'd all run off to beat the breakfast queue. Was the convoy a TVR-CC regional meet up or was it a PH meet? Might catch you next month. Cheers.

Hi Keith, its become an almost regular meet up for us since I found they did excellent breakfasts and attracted a fab range of classic motors and recommended the venue to others on the S series thread and it has grown ever since. I believe there was 8 of us there scattered around the hillside, due to the popularity of the fry up! Future dates are on the front page wiki of this forum. Maybe see you next month?
Hi Keith,
The first decent weather for ages definitely helps!
We congregate from all over; BarryS1 setting off from the wilds of Essex at 5:30am, myself having a nice lie-in and leaving Stockport at 6:00, PotlessPaul driving from Aylesbury, and we meet the "locals" at Sainsbury's car park, Redditch about 8:00 for a gentle cruise into our usual stables at Shelsley.
I guess it's just the lure of that breakfast

It was a good run out even for those of us locals near Redditch. Saw the Wedge and had a look over her. Spent a lot of time talking to the owner of the Tamora

They say that TVR's are unreliable, but Phillpot and I got stuck behind a dead Porsche on the way home. Good job that he had a passenger to push him off the island.

The bride and I followed your three 'S's for some distance in our Alfa when you left Shelsley....travelling behind was a visual and acoustic pleasure!
Just so happens we may be buying an S3 soon, all being well. It's been in the pipeline for some time, but following you guys certainly spurred us on!
