Avo shock refurb

Any ideas on the best place to get the Avo shocks refurbished off my S3c? I had new Gaz units on my last S1 and thought they were a little 'harsh'. The S3 rides a lot better and I'm assuming it's the shocks, or is the chassis that much better? Cheers.

Do they no longer have a service/repair dept. ?



Difference in ride could be shockers (set stiffer/softer) or spring rates or even tyre brand/pressures?

True. I didn't do that much altering to be honest.. Bought them online and assumed they were suited to the car. After being on this forum and seeing/hearing the wealth of knowledge there is, I can tell there's a lot of differing opinions - and settings.
I'll see if they have a web site...

AVO serviced my shocks last year. Very prompt service and not expensive IMHO.

Cheers Barkychoc, have contacted Avo, think it'll be about £25 a corner and 5-10 days turnaround. Not too bad..
