Exhaust manifold removal - I love plusgas!

I'd seen the word of warning on here so opted to apply plusgas every now and again over the last few months. Pleased to report the left hand manifold came off today with no dramas (right hand one isn't blowing, so is staying where it is!). Could just have been lucky, but plusgas gets my vote!

Same for me on the lower bolts for the water pump, love the stuff

When you haven't had the forethought to soak with Plusgas for days beforehand this stuff can come in handy

Most penetrating oils will work wonders if allowed time to do their job..... My favourite flavour is Comma..

Different Brand and a bit cheaper...


This is the actual Brand I used with great success on siezed seat belt bolts.
