New front brake bits required but what?

Need some new discs and pads.Was thinking of standard discs and EBC pads.Sound sensible everyone?.If so,what discs are they from on an S3? Also,saw a mk5 RS2000 escort the other day and the calipers look very similar,just guessing,but are they the pads I have to order.

P.S I am 'really' enjoying painting the chassis and my fingers are sticking to the keypad!!!!

I use EBC Green Stuff for a Sierra 1.6 hatchback. MK II XR2 pads also fit, i've used both.
P.S. Greens work better than Reds for most applications.
