I have been popping in from time to time but now is the time to say goodbye. I wont be getting an other S unless I win the lottery and, as I'm getting out of touch with the cars etc I think its a good time to say goodbye to you all.

Its been great to be part of this forum and I'll miss it (and you lot)!!!!!!!!!!

One of my email address's is gerald.tvr@me.com, if you think i can help please dont hesitate to give me a shout.

Good luck to you all (BTW one last pair of amber lenses is still available)

Good bye

Norman (Gerald-TVR)

Sorry to hear this. Your advice has been invaluable over the years and the smoked indicators you provided look fantastic on the front of the car. I hope circumstances change such that you'll be back - but if not, all the best for your future endeavours

Yep, sorry to see you go Norman. Thanks for all your help (and the hinges) in the past.

I'm well into my third year of ex-S ownership and I still miss it. Oh well,...

Cheers,
Roy

I am very sad cryindeed to hear that Norman, I will certainly miss your help, knowledge and experience, we have sorted a few things together as well. Remember nobody has yet drawn and documented things as well as you have! Quality is going to go down I fear.
I an appreciate why you may not want to continue, it may be a 'bind' keeping an eye on PH when you no longer have an S. On the other hand we seem to be getting quite a few new owners and you know every bit as well as I do that they will face problems and will need advice....we both did (I still do!). If you could find the way to stick with us I believe there are still people out there who would benefit.

If you do decide the time is right to put the 'S' period in your life behind you, then all I would say is a big 'thank you' clapfor what you have contributed, and the very best of luck in the futurewavey.
Sincerely
Richard

Norman, can't really add to what Richard said above. Your efforts to support the S and owners have been fantastic and one of the things that has added hugely to my ownership experience.

Many, many thanks and I must get around to fitting that set of stainless hinges you supplied!

Good luck Norman, as others have said already your input over the years has been invaluable to many, me included. Wish you all the best and can't imagine that you will be able to resist the odd sneaky peak at the forum from time to time!
Have you passed all your fantastic technical drawings and wiring diagram information etc on to someone? I'd hate to see all that excellent work lost to us mortals.

Is the e-mail correct? Or is the 'd' missing from 'gerals'?

Hi Norman,

I remember when you first joined the 'clan', and the questions you asked. Then you started answering the questions other newbies were asking. Then you became the driving force behind so much that others now remember you for.

Crikey, this is beginning to sound like an eulogy! Thanks for your contributions, for selling me those bits, buying those other bits from me, and your general efforts supporting the marque.

You may THINK you can walk away, but you've got TVR-S in your blood now, and it's there to stay!

VBW,
Graham

Hi Norman,
We only met on a few occasions but really felt your TVR S passion.
Shame your pulling out of the scene, you will be missed.

Wishing you all the best.
