Inside or out ?

[Spanish S2]

Hi all, my S lives outside with just a cover over it, to protect it from the sun. I just wondered how many other member's of the forum keep there S's outside. ( Un - garaged )

Mine is outside with a cover but our weather is a little worse than yours. The cover 'protects it' to a degree but mainly from rain. The cover comes off when it is sunny to help dry it out.

Sorry Graham, mine lives in my self built carport/garage that is squeezed in a corner of my back garden , ( I have managed to get rear access ) so lives under there, saves putting the roof up and down so often. Or if my other DIY projects need the room I have use of another garage in town, and if caught short at work I can whizz her into the warehouse. So most angles covered, my other car and other half's cars stand outside on the driveway.

As my wife points out its slightly strange. The Tiv lives in the garage and I wouldn't dream of leaving it out. She points out that its slightly odd that the tiv (c£5k) gets the garage and the daily drive (c£35k) stays out - she just doesn't get it.

Priority when I moved was to make sure I had another large garage so with a garage large enough for a light aircraft my S2 sits in one corner although my property is smaller than my previous one!
During my Divorce there was a 4 Month period the S2 sat outside with a good quality full car cover.
