TVRCC Track day - Cadwell Park 09/09/13

I've always been interested in previous years but never ventured.

Price has dropped this year making it even better value but i need someone to hold my hand having never done one and those cerbera drivers might bully me ;-)

Free tuition i believe to the novice or virgin.

Any takers?

I did this about 3 years ago and have the urge to to it again even though its 230 miles away!

Dunno? Prob best to check, but you might have to go round on yer own with jap stuff?!?! You might get mistreated?

My guess (and that's all it is) is that it's a closed club day not a general track day so, no. BUT as TopGear says worth a check with the TVRCC office

From what I remember, the club struggles to fill the places with tivs and then opens it up to others.

3 years ago there were 90 % TVRs.

My only gripe was that it was sessions all day and with people being relaxed and dropping out it could have easily been open pit lane in the pm.

I suppose this isn't a full on TD as we know it but a chance to use your road car without being too stressed if you're not used to TDs.

did this last year, it was sessions, but found it very enjoyable, about 70 plus tvrs turned up, only 4 or 5 non tvrs from memory, with an elsie with an unfortunate argument with the Armco.

But you'll be strapped in your S rather than failing to stay on your bike. Look on the bright side mate, at least you'll know your way round the circuit and where you should be braking
