A roof related thread thumbup I`ve always admired the clean lines of the S, but find the rear screen when lowered looks like a pram hood rolleyes Here is how I`d like the S series to look.

I think it would show the classic lines of the car really well.

Interesting. Those mini-lites look good too - always thought Phillpots looks well on them.

I really like the way the rear of the car looks and those wheels do look good too.

It might just be me but the lines don't look pukka S.

The boot hinges, the rear end side lights, rear lights generally, the side repeaters (indicators), the bonnet and front wing lines, and front /rear bumpers.

Am I wrong?

It`s a 3000S, I used the image as an example of how I`d like my rear roof section to look. It looks cleaner without the roof just dropped and laying on the boot.

Mmmmmmmm Alan likes this, trip to the brakers ??. Like the boot hinges, will they fit the S, I had to cut the bolts out to remove the boot.
10K folding roof on a 6K car, don't think so but nice.
